The location on the power supply where thermal conductive materials are needed:
1. The main chip of the power supply: the main chip of the high power supply generally has high requirements on heat dissipation, such as the UPS power supply, because of its powerful power supply function, the main chip needs to bear the working intensity of the whole machine, at this time will gather a lot of heat, so we need thermal conductive material as a good thermal conduction medium.
2. MOS transistor: MOS transistor is the largest heat component except for the main chip of the power supply, needs to use many kinds of thermal conductive material, such as thermal insulation sheet, thermal grease, thermal cap, etc.
3. Transformer: Transformer is an energy conversion tool, shouldering the conversion work of voltage, current and resistance. However, due to the special performance of transformer, the application of thermal conductive materials will also have special requirements.

Usage of thermal conductive insulation pad: lock the MOS transistor and aluminum heat sink with screws.
Usage of thermal pad: Fill the tolerance gap between the diode and the aluminum heat sink, and transfer the heat of the diode to the aluminum heat sink.

Function 1: Transfer the heat of electronic components to the cover for heat dissipation.
