Common cooling systems are air cooling, liquid cooling, direct cooling systems, PCM cooling and heat pipe cooling, etc., which have the same thing in common is to conduct the excess heat of the power battery pack to the outside, so that the battery pack can maintain a proper temperature range to work.
Either way, they require the use of thermal conductive materials. Thermal conductivity material is the general name of the material coated between the heating device and the heat dissipation device and reduce the contact thermal resistance between the two. The role of thermal conductive materials is to fill the gap between the heating device and the heat dissipation device, eliminate the air in the gap, reduce the contact thermal resistance between the two, so as to improve the heat conduction speed between the two, so as to ensure the performance and service life of the power battery pack.
